Founded under the auspices of the Lexicon Labyrinth Society in November 2022, Skills' Edge is an initiative birthed out of concern for Pakistan's prevailing educational ethos. For too long, the education system in our country has adhered to the 'ratta' system, a rote learning method that has neglected the importance of practical skills and real-world applicability.

After completing matriculation, intermediate education, and even a university degree, our students are often lost with no clear direction in mind. Regrettably, even gold medalists from our institutions may lack the confidence to face or address the public. From schools to colleges, rote learning dominates, and essential skill development remains conspicuously absent. It's disheartening to witness a student with 16 years of formal education still preparing for written job tests, with no demonstration or skill tests in sight.

Recognizing this glaring gap, Mr. Nasir Razzaq (CEO of Expert Novice Group) asked a simple yet profound question: "Why shouldn't we provide courses that prioritize skills and practical implications instead of sticking to the traditional system?" The answer to that is Skills' Edge.

Our mission at Skills' Edge is to reimagine and reshape the educational landscape in Pakistan. We offer a variety of courses and specializations, all backed by internationally accredited certifications. Our focus is on empowering students with tangible skills, ensuring they are not only employable but also confident and direction-driven in their future endeavors.
